Michael Duckworth was named Chairman of Source Interlink on November 13, 2006. He has served on the Company's Board of Directors since March 2005. Mike is a partner of The Yucaipa Companies, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm specializing in acquiring and operating companies in the retail, distribution, and logistics areas. From 2000-2003, he was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking unit of Merrill Lynch & Co. From 1988-2000, he served as Managing Director for BT Securities, the investment banking subsidiary of Bankers Trust Company.

James Gillis was appointed co-CEO on November 13, 2006. Since August 2000, Jim Gillis had served as President and Chief Operating Officer, having been named President of the Company in December 1998. He was appointed a member of the Board of Directors in March 2000. Prior to joining Source Interlink, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Brand Manufacturing Corp., which Source acquired in January 1999 when the Company expanded its operations to include the manufacturing of retail front-end displays. Before joining Brand, he was managing partner of Aders, Wilcox, Gillis, an international consulting firm specializing in grocery industry relations. Earlier in his career, Jim was Executive Vice President of Globe Communications Corp.

Alan Tuchman became co-CEO on November 13, 2006. Previously, he was an Executive Vice President of Source Interlink and President of the Alliance division, responsible for all DVD and CD fulfillment operations. Alan Tuchman was President and COO of Alliance Entertainment Corp. (AEC) from 2000 through to completion of its merger with Source Interlink on February 28, 2005. After joining Alliance in 1991, Alan was Vice President until 1996 when he became Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning. From 1997-2000, he was President of AEC One Stop Group, Inc., an Alliance subsidiary.

Steven Parr was named President of Source Interlink Media on August 1, 2007, upon completion of the Enthusiast Media acquisition. Prior to joining Source Interlink, Steve was President of Primedia's Enthusiast Media division, and before that he served as President of that company's Consumer and Performance Automotive Groups. From 2001-2004, he was President and CEO of book publisher Harry N. Abrams, Inc. Steve began his career in magazines in 1999 at EMAP, USA, where he was initially responsible for the high tech, outdoors and motorcycle titles. Soon after, he was named President of EMAP, USA, a position he kept until EMAP was sold to Primedia. His twenty-plus year career in the publishing industry started at Penguin Books before joining Pearson PLC in 1997.

Marc Fierman has served as Chief Financial Officer since November 2002. Previously, he had served as Source Interlink's Vice President of Finance since January 1999. Earlier in his career, Marc was CFO of Brand Manufacturing until the company was acquired by Source in January 1999. Prior to Brand, he was a Senior Manager for the auditing firm Lopez, Edwards, Frank & Co. in New York City. Marc has been a CPA since 1987.

Douglas Bates has served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Source Interlink since 2004 and General Counsel since 2003. Doug joined Source Interlink in 2003 as General Counsel. Prior to joining Source Interlink, he was a principal at the boutique investment banking firm Wydown Capital, LC. Prior to that, he was a partner at the St. Louis, Missouri law firm of Gallop, Johnson and Neuman, LC where he advised firms, including the Company, on mergers and acquisitions and specialized in securities transactions. Doug received his J.D., with distinction, from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1987.

Bill Bailey was named Chief Administrative Officer of Source Interlink on October 11, 2007. Bill leads the Human Resources, Corporate Purchasing and Facilities Management functions for the Company. Bill joined Source Interlink after a series of assignments on behalf of The Yucaipa Companies at its portfolio companies. Prior to joining The Yucaipa Companies, Bill was President of the Food Employers Council in Southern California. Earlier in his career he was Vice President, Labor and Employment for the Vons Grocery Company in Arcadia, California, and, before that, Group Vice President, Human Resources and Labor Relations with Acme Markets in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
