Source Interlink International (SII) is a primary importer and exporter of English-language periodicals, serving U.S. and international markets.

Source Interlink Manufacturing is the largest provider of design, manufacturing and installation services for wire displays at the front-end of retail locations.

Source Interlink Distribution (SID) is the acknowledged driver of the consolidation of single-copy magazine distribution. Through a series of acquisitions, the Company has built the first truly national fulfillment platform in the magazine distribution business. Today, SID is the leading distributor in five of the nation's top ten advertising markets. With such major customers as Barnes & Noble, Borders, Costco, Kroger, Target, Safeway, CVS, Walgreens, and Rite-Aid, the Company has approximately a 30 percent share of the single-copy magazine distribution market.

Through its Source Interlink Retail Services (SIRS), SID puts one of the largest in-store merchandising forces in North America at the service of retailers. Utilizing refined skills in front-end merchandising and impulse marketing strategies, as well as a new Web-based management tool called Merchandiser Activity Reporting and Scheduling (MARS), the Division's unrivaled 4,000-plus field merchandising force has taken magazine distribution into the digital era. Moreover, by deploying "just-in-time" merchandising capabilities, SIRS differentiates Source in the distribution field and capitalizes on the Source principal that the timely placement, effective display and regular refreshment of product at retail form an integral final step in the distribution and delivery process.

SID is a partner of MagNet, which provides the national distributor and publishing community access to store level distribution data and point-of-sale data from leading retailers. Through its ICN data base, MagNet also enables publishers to evaluate individual magazine issue performance based on cover treatment and use data to predict final sales of current issues.

SID provides rebate display allowance (RDA) management services to retailers and wholesalers in the United States and Canada. The RDA unit monitors, processes and collects billing, rebate claims and allowances, giving it an integral role in the front-end for supermarkets, mass merchants, drugstores, terminals, convenience stores, and wholesalers.

SID is headquartered in Bonita Springs, FL, and operates five primary distribution centers: Lancaster and Harrisburg, PA serve the Eastern U.S.; McCook, IL (suburban Chicago) serves the Central Region; and Ontario, CA and Carson City, NV serve the Western Region.

Source Interlink International (SII) is the Division's overseas operating arm. SII is the leading importer and exporter of English-language periodicals. It exports domestic titles to more than 100 markets worldwide and imports more than one thousand foreign titles to the United States and Canada.

International Circulation Services (ICS), a joint-venture of SII and Curtis Circulation Company, is a global export marketing service for U.S. publishers with a portfolio in excess of 2,000 titles and retail sales exceeding $150 million annually. Key markets include the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, the Far East, Australia, Mexico, the Caribbean and U.S. military bases abroad.

Source Interlink Manufacturing is the leading manufacturer of checkout displays, recognized for its expertise in the design, construction, salvage, shipping and installation of wire fixtures for major retail chains. The unit manufactures approximately 60 percent of the checkout fixtures in the United States.
