Source Interlink International is the leading importer and exporter of periodicals. The company imports more than 90% of the foreign magazines into the United States and Canada, distributing most of them through the bookstore class of trade.
Source International exports approximately 800 domestic titles to more than 100 markets worldwide. Our goals are to:
- Deliver a focused approach to building international circulation by developing customized marketing programs in partnership with our client publishers
- Provide expert marketing personnel to effectively manage and develop international distribution
- Create a distinct and separate profit center for the publisher
- Create the opportunity for U.S. publishers to develop a stand-alone
export business from their domestic business
In addition, we have a qualified and experienced field force that travels extensively to vital international territories, and who have developed excellent and sound publisher and trading relationships with our agents and key retailers.
When you partner with our international team, you will receive a dedicated Product Manager who provides monthly monitoring of allotments and ensures the best orders for key issues. Your Product Managers will also communicate promotional opportunities and pricing in the market, chain policies and local taxes and law, industry news and myriad international logistics.
Wholesale and retail orders are actively reviewed and regulated with each agent to meet efficiency goals, and expansions are pursued based on sales performance and trending using comparative titles.
