Confidential Telephone and Online Reporting System Available to All Employees

Source Interlink's reporting system for employees can be used in the following situations:

  • If you have concerns regarding questionable accounting practices, internal accounting controls or auditing matters
  • If you know of any illegal business practices or dangerous business situations
  • If you become aware of fraud or false statements contained in the Company's financial records, financial reports or audit reports
  • If you know of violations of the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

If you have concerns or want to make a complaint about known or suspected wrongdoing completely anonymously, you should make a formal report of your findings as soon as possible via the reporting system. You can make a report 24 hours a day, seven days a week by either calling 866-352-2787 or going online to http://www.openboard.info/sorc/. The system is staffed by an outside, non-affiliated company with staff trained to collect this type of information. The message you leave will be delivered directly to the Company's Audit Committee. A report not related to accounting matters will be forwarded to the appropriate Source executive or to the Ethics Committee.

Source is committed to integrity and excellence in its financial reporting and the work environment it provides to its employees. As a Source employee, you have an obligation to perform your job in an honest and ethical manner. In this regard, you also have an obligation to report any business situation that could jeopardize the continued success of the Company. Failure to report known wrongdoing is itself a violation of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. If you have questions, please speak to your supervisor or our General Counsel.
