Source Interlink Distribution Announces Retail Partnership with Xhale O2, Inc.

Adding to its Strategic Portfolio of New Products to Represent at Retail

Bonita Springs, Florida (July 16, 2012) – Source Interlink Distribution (SID), a division of Source Interlink Companies, Inc. (Source, www.sourceinterlink.com)  has announced a strategic retail partnership agreement with Xhale O2™, a leading provider of electronic cigarettes. Under this agreement Source Interlink Distribution will serve as an exclusive sales agent and distributor of the Xhale O2™ products to over 150 retail chains across the country; also providing merchandising services as needed. This partnership will significantly increase the retail presence of the Xhale O2™ products in stores across the United States.
